The ketchup on the cheesesteak (especially the one you made with the nice ribeye) is killing me, but I'm happy you're uploading these classic episodes. Love these older ones where you cook at the end back when it was still "Colameco's Food Show".

9 out of 10 times i use ketchup. if not, plain or horseradish. i guess growing up in nj, just 10 minutes from philly, will do that to ya. 😅

Thank You Mike and Kirk. The higher bit rate allowed for the video (originally SD shot) to be fluid and natural when streamed to my large TV.
