I'm just curious and a bit annoyed by this but why does almost all pop songs have to either involve sex or love? I mean, love and that is great but it isn't everything. I like Bruno Mars's song "the lazy song" minus the the sex part in the lyrics. Pop should really expand their borders in the subjects in their songs. Why do people that play instruments and think they know something about music talk crap about pop and EDM. Pop and EDM are the styles of music with a lot of musical value. David Guetta isn't some idiot from France that got lucky in the music business. He puts a lot of effort in his songs. There are a lot of channels/layers in 1 song where losing 1 of them would change the feeling of the sound. When you learn something about polyphony and orchestral composition only then you can make a worthy opinion.
