Coach suggest teach them to count on and off the field.

Man, I think I've heard this forva couple of year's. It's sad the A&M puts more effort in recruiting than quickly coaching

We still got beat by tu. Not hearing enough regret for that major horrible end to the season.

Hahaha. Now that's funny. Keep that same energy. He is bringing in ATHLETES! Not going to explain just watch and learn the ELKO EFFECT!

You forget to remember that Elko had two weeks to put together the train wreck that Jimbo left. I think he did an admirable job for his first year. Time will tell if he can improve the team going forward as he gets a chance to put his fingerprint on the team. I for one will give him the leeway to show what he can do.

Yes , Texas has the best team money can buy. Actually in all sports

Who cares....the Ags had the #1 class a few years ago and didn't win. It doesn't matter who the Ags recruit, the coaching will always fail the team and the school. Just look at the past TU/AM game....Coaching was the reason the Ags got beat....

Umm…….they were a sub .500 team over the past two years and just went 8-4 this year after a coaching change and after losing 1/3 of last year’s team to the transfer portal. That is a remarkable job by any measure. You brought up t.u……they went 5-7 and 7-5 the first two years after their last coaching change. And, that was in the B-12 and without all the transfers related to the current transfer rules. A&M is way ahead of schedule.

@@ST-ov8cm You can keep dreaming.....this year's schedule was their easiest in years. Everything fell in place for them and they failed. If they had just beaten Auburn or tu, they would've been in the championship for the first time ever. They choked due to terrible play calling....Look at next year's schedule and tell me they will be better than 8-4 with the same coaches. Year after year, the Ags get into top 10 recuiting rankings, but can only turn out an average team. Maybe it's time to go back to the Big 12 or go to the ACC where they will have a chance to get into the new playoffs. Just look SMU and BYU, teams the Ags would be favored if they played them, are in the playoffs. I want to be positive for the Ags, but I don't except being an 8-4 (or less) team every year as being a successful team. .
