The games against Minnesota and USC are actually big reasons why it will be difficult for SMU to win

28:14 Maybe you haven't watched much big ten this year, but I really disagree that Pitt is so clearly better than Wisconsin. FPI has Pitt at a 4.0 rating and Wisconsin at a 4.8. Penn State also beat Illinois (5.2), Minnesota (9.3), and USC (13.3).

You are right I haven’t watched much big 10 (mostly SEC and ACC). Maybe Pitt isn’t as good as Wisconsin. But I do think the Big 10 is extremely top heavy and I think that is hard to dispute.

You need to take a look at our RB that are Healthy they will be tough to stop. Our wide receiver are our weakest part. I think you will struggle to move the ball against our D line, they are faster than Clemson. Your QB holds on to the ball way too long. Every snap is going to like the MSU clip you watched. You're turnover rate will make this a very difficult game for you if that happens. I think it will be a 2 score game at least and I don't say that to brag I have watch several games with your team and I don't think they are consistent enough. Love hearing from SMU fans and Podcaster, I would like to hear more about how you see your team.

This is a fair comment. Jennings does hold on to the ball too long and it leads to fumbles and picks. It also leads to crazy plays as he is a big risk taker. Reminds me of Manziel but less rushing and more scramble to throw. I think if he has 2 turnovers you are right it’s a 2+ score game and it will heavily depend on his game.

Our big 10 knowledge is very limited lol, been a busy season with little time to be more in-depth hehe

SMU is gonna get blown out. Penn State is significantly better than Clemson. Even on a neutral field, SMU will get run on, passed on, and stopped on the ground. SMU will have 4+ turnovers.

@@Lenker25 you saw that we did the exact same thing versus Clemson times 2? They didn’t dominate us, we have them the game with a meltdown from our QB. They didn’t beat us, we beat us. Yeah, you saw that
@Lenker25Ай бұрын
@@BenDeLeon915 Sure. Whatever makes you feel better, pal. If that's what you saw, you either don't know ball or you're lying to yourself. That was JV vs Varsity football.
@BenDeLeon915Ай бұрын
@@Lenker25 very insightful response lol. There’s a talent gap as a still G5 roster v P4 roster, so you SHOULD make it look like varsity v JV. If you watched the game you’d see it was an even take outside of two pick 6s in the first half, plus another INT in the red-zone and a missed TD in the first half. With 2/4 of those things literally any team would lose, including another “varsity” team as you say, much less all 4. So yeah, I’m comfortable saying we had a shot if our QB doesn’t self-destruct. Sure, it’s a what-if game and doesn’t matter, but I’m proud of what my school did this year. And I’m proud that everyone outside of the QB showed up and played hard, even if the score line doesn’t show it
