Mike always despises Walt for killing Gus, and talk about pride and ego BUT the truth is Mike wasn't there. He didn't know anything about Gus threatening Walt's family For someone like Mike who is always against threatening someone that isn't in the game (like Hector did to him in BCS), Mike should understand Walt that "it's him (Gus) or his family"

Mike is useful with pragmatic, experience-informed advice, and Walt provides creative outside-the-box thinking that someone like Mike couldn't come up with. The three of them were a great team really, for the time that it lasted!
