In 1922, Ukraine and Russia were two of the founding members of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, and were the signatories of the treaty that terminated the union in December 1991. The Act of Declaration of Independence of Ukraine was adopted by the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR on 24 August 1991. In 1994 The Budapest memorandum was agreed to by Russia, Ukraine, United States, and NATO. The main purpose of the agreement was the security of nuclear weapons Russia had installed in the Ukraine. After the USSR break up, the nuclear weapons remained unsecured. Russia was given full responsibility to maintain and provide security for those weapons. They still do to this day. The agreement also provided that there would be no political interference in the sovereignty and Independence of the Ukraine. That held until 2014, when Barack Obama, Joe Biden, along with NATO and the CIA, instigated the overthrow of the duly elected pro Russian president of Ukraine. A violation of the Budapest agreement. In 2015 the Minsk 2 agreement was signed by the Ukraine and Russia. Russia agreed to recognize the sovereignty of Ukraine. In return Ukraine agreed to recognize the independence and sovereignty of the LPR and DPR areas. For the next 8 years the Ukraine continued to terrorize bomb, and shell the two oblast, without ever recognizing their sovereignty or Independence. Then came the 2019 elections. The Ukraine removed the polling sites from the two oblasts. Preventing them from voting. But terrorism of the two oblasts continued. Zielinski started talking about joining NATO and/or European alliances. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Remember Obama attempted to overthrow Syria, that's what Benghazi was all about. He overthrew Gaddafi in Libya. He tried to overthrow the government of Yemen. And the list goes on and on. These aren't coincidences they happened under the same administration by the same administration. Now the Pentagon is prepping false flag attacks and considering multiple scenarios with WMD's to frame Russia and instigate the war further. Since March of 2022 the US has given Ukraine more money than Ukraine's own GDP of 2019 (pre-COVID economy).
