A President's pardoning power should have stipulations, especially when considering pardoning individuals that have a clear conflict of interest and should handled differently. Had Trump been re-elected he would have pardoned all the January 6 insurrectionists. But he didn't when he did have the power because he knew (or someone told him) that to do so would have hurt him politically. So all the participants were left to hang and abandoned by their leader. It must have stung a bit to be given the cold shoulder by the man who prodded them to do his dirty work. At some point I hope they realise that they have been conned into believing in the Big Lie and putting themselves in bodily harm for a man who couldn't care less about them or their wellbeing. But I have no pity for them, nor should anyone.

@@pete1003 hey bud. I know that English is hard but if you could just pick up a dictionary and learn the definition of "communism", that would be GREAT. It doesn't mean what you think it does. Allow me to assist. "Communism" is when the government controls the means of production and distribution. Literally no Dems want that. However, Republicans have been fervently attempting to control corporations/companies for decades. Most recently, Facebook and Twitter. Republicans have been trying everything possible to force those 2 companies into providing their service to Trump despite the fact that he was banned for violating their Terms of Service.
