I love to see how well respected he’s become around the league amongst the media and players. When he was first hired there was a lot of uncertainty, but now he’s talked about like one of the top coaches in the league and free agents wanna come here and play for him. Very genuine. Can see him being the coach here for a long time.

He is a very positive person and it is a fact .You bring in positivity you get more than positive results. Ive been a fan since 1970 and im 60. This is amazing how this guy walks in and within 2 years has this team on the edge of winning a superbowl. I dont care what anyone says negative. I see with my own eyes how close this team is in getting there. Like i said if he kerps this team on a very positive level they will reap there reward.

Getting drafted still rehabilitating from a Bo Jackson hip injury The pressure was astronomical on this guy. And every day he hears about it. Think about the amount of pressure and how many times hes been scrutinized since. Finally a little stability in his 2nd year in a very difficult offensive scheme went and threw for the most yards in the NFL and was in the top five in completion percentage. Every single year he gets better. The only thing that's CAN hold him back is the fat boys up front. But he still will get the blame no matter what.

I love that he emphasizes stats and point records do not matter if we lose the last game of the season. Tua, no Dolphin fan on this planet gives two shits about you leading the league in yards when you failed in every last possession opportunity to win a game accompanied by the consecutive first round exit from the playoffs. WE DONT FREAKING CARE ABOUT INDIVIDUAL ACCOLADES!!!! WE JUST WANT A PLAYOFF WIN, FOLLOWED BY A TENURE OF POSTSEASON SUCCESS!!! A SUPER BOWL IS INCREDIBLE, but Fins fans want and deserve a decade of relevance, as we had when Shula was at the helm…..you first need to understand the importance of Miami Dolphins fan culture before stating, “The market is the market.” Thus making it clear that you may say winning is the most important thing, while handcuffing the Dolphins for years if you don’t produce results NOW!!!! Yours truly, a 5 generation South Florida native and Miami Dolphins fan
