This video shows Mike Mentzer How to Deadlift Properly, Best Practices For Muscle Building, and safety.
1- Always make sure that the hands or feet are equal distance to prevent imbalance, & injury.
2- Never bounce the weight or use momentum.
3- Always wrap your thumb around the bar, on any exercise.
4- Perform at least 2 warm-ups on high-demand exercises, such as deadlift, squat etc.

👨 About Me
Hi my name is JT & this is my story
I remember going to the gym 5 days & sometimes even every day / 7 days a week for 2-3 hours & even though I achieve a physique better than 80% of gym goers I was not satisfy with it because the amount of effort I was putting in & out the gym.
I was tired of that bullshit so I started to listen to Mike Mentzer & Dorian Yates, implemented what they preach ( workout less, train to failure, eat a well balanced diet & rest to let the growth process happens ) now I’m stronger & bigger than ever working out 3-4 x a week for 45min - 1hr max = 4 hours a week, now I got time for my family, for myself, to growth my business & enjoy life while still looking & feeling amazing & that’s what I want to share with you 🚀

​@@MikeMentzerHITBearer 😂😂. I follow Mike advice on may things but radicalised them like Dorian😂, so when it comes to training I prefer Dorian split but with a little more rest.

I think he went with that title, as in the past Mikes heavy duty have been accused of being Un-safe.. which as you can see in this exercise video is not the case.

I need an advice guys, i started working out 2 months ago, every time i do chest , i don't feel tension or pain in my chest i feel more tension in my shoulders although i execute the exercise in the right way ! I felt pain and tension in my chest only in the first workout wich was 2 months ago , is it normal ?

Maybe your grip is a little more narrow or too wide, it should be just at shoulder width, or slightly inner than shoulder with, flare your elbows and arc your back during the lift. If you're doing bench press lower the weight deliberately to your sternum, closer to your lower chest and push back up, remember slow controlled reps with more emphasis on the negative and always have a spotter because you should be going to failure

@@aymenayech1856 Many people have this problem when they don't focus on keeping the schoulders back throughout the entire motion. Also it helps to push your chest forward at the same time. When training chest, you always train the front delts. But this way you should feel the chest way more. There is no way that you are doing an exercise in the right way if you don't feel it in the muscle that you're training. If you dont feel it in the intended region, your form is off.
