1- Always make sure that the hands or feet are equal distance to prevent imbalance, & injury.
2- Never bounce the weight or use momentum.
3- Always wrap your thumb around the bar, on any exercise.
4- Perform at least 2 warm-ups on high-demand exercises, such as deadlift, squat etc.

Hi my name is JT & this is my story
I remember going to the gym 5 days & sometimes even every day / 7 days a week for 2-3 hours & even though I achieve a physique better than 80% of gym goers I was not satisfy with it because the amount of effort I was putting in & out the gym.
I was tired of that bullshit so I started to listen to Mike Mentzer & Dorian Yates, implemented what they preach ( workout less, train to failure, eat a well balanced diet & rest to let the growth process happens ) now I’m stronger & bigger than ever working out 3-4 x a week for 45min - 1hr max = 4 hours a week, now I got time for my family, for myself, to growth my business & enjoy life while still looking & feeling amazing & that’s what I want to share with you 🚀
