Well I can tell you that I must be a medical miracle because my Testosterone level has actually gone up as I have gotten older. At my last visit the doctor told me I have T levels they usuallly see in 20 year olds......I am 47 this year and I have never taken any supplements and I don't even work out. @@vagabond4576 you would be surprised how much you can maintain on low doses of testosterone and still appear to be natural from your bloodwork results. If you abused roids in the past then suddenly stop and do a low dose of trt you can maintain most of that muscle as long as you continue to train hard and eat enough to fuel them. way more than someone who is natural.(of course not all of it) so on a blood test you might come back in a "normal" range for test levels even though you have been injecting testosterone. The biggest difference is a true natural person will significantly fluctuate levels throughout the day and the week. So one day they might be at 300ng/dl for a few hours then another day be at 600ng/dl but even their "high" points arent gonna be super high for very long or nearly as stable as someone on trt. Whereas someone who takes testosterone injections for medical reasons or not (usually cyp for trt) can easily get to super physiological levels well above natural for a few days around day 3 then it slowly lowers to the baseline in the "normal healthy range", but even during this time its very stable levels that someone natural can never achieve. Over time that stable level makes an insanely big difference which is why these influencers can get away with taking low dose trt and still be shredded year round. Its like completely taking out soda from your diet. That small change wont make a big difference right away but 1 year from now I guarantee it will have helped your physique some.

Fibres that have acquired a higher count which grow faster when subjected to Peds, thus the nuclei represent a functionally important 'memory' of previous strength. As a professional liar myself, my main strategy when confronted on a lie is to just muddy down the argument with irrelevant points to distract and argue points that are winnable for me. I competed in the ABA just like Mike and all they gave you was a polygraph test which means nothing. In fact they caught me lying about one of their banned substances and they still let me compete. As a side note, Mike competed in 1994 in the ABA in a show I competed in and he didn’t win his height class. Too smooth.

I think Mike is great. You can't dismiss his commitment to the gym, his diet, doesn't drink alcohol, and has been doing this almost longer than anyone on a consistent basis. He has achieved so much. I am what Mike claims he was. Life time natty, good genetics, I power lifted more in my youth. I haven't missed a lift in 15 years. I have way above average lifting numbers. I look great. I don't look like Mike, and it certainly would have been in-fuggin possible to stay lean all the time. I certainly got fluffy many times when bulking. and no matter how tough I got, the few times I cut all the way for competition I turned too skinny.
