Mike Posner’s music and poetry have helped me through dark times. His music feels ike therapy.

I love that Rich usually gave him the time he needed to truly express himself. He didn’t give him option sentences to use like many journalists do. This is what makes Rich so good to listen to.

I was very proud and inspired to see Mike go against the grain and chase such seemingly impossible goals. He not only broke my perspective of a music star but of a human and the limits of the human body. I have much appreciation and respect for this man.

I don't normally comment on podcasts, but OMG this was so much fun to listen to. It was just so genuine and real. I couldn't help but feel joy and gratitude for both Mike and you, Rich.

I was listening to a podcast that said, “it’s important to live life by design rather than emotion. Basically, sticking to a routine is what allows us to be the healthiest version of ourselves (especially when you're fighting these demons ex. OCD for me). I’ve had to overhaul how I approach taking care of my brain (journaling) by practising mediocre consistency. Now I try to put in consistent 50-60% effort into my journaling habit, workouts and studying - to make sure I do it I began recording it and posting it on YT. Because historically I have a habit of going too hard, not being able to sustain the Herculean effort, giving up and hating myself. So now I’m trying to give a small, consistent mediocre effort everyday. And its crazy how it adds up. Hearing Mike speak on his life, and where he is now makes me feel like I can feel better too.

' beginnings hide themselves in ends !' This man is very lovable..An amazing role model ! The US desperately needs millions more Mike Posner's..cause as it is now, healthy true to the bone, rock'in-out,1 bean sprout'n heroes, speaking & living close to their heart, are a diamond in the rough. This man speaks volumes like sweet blackberries oozing from a perfect winter pie ! We see Rich taking baby steps up higher & higher, learning the fine art of inquiry, purpose, & that golden ribbon where one places aside their own line of reasoning in order to give the mike space to the guest.

Rich. Your interviews are fantastic! Allowing people to settle in and giving them the space to think it out and showcase their genuine self is a true gift!! Really nice job… Didn’t know about Mike Posner until this interview..but his walk~through on how he has transformed is sincere and love the childish enthusiasm ,yet such a mature outlook on his journey about who he is and his identity…

Wow that story about when Mike was on his walk and that young man came to support him and give blessings to keep him safe and Mike then finds out that, that young man had lost his entire family to alcohol and he is on a journey of staying sober. That was deep! A reminder of how beautiful humanity is 💕 The same thing that Ram Dass did for Mike is what Mike is doing for all of us. You can see he has done the inner work, is comfortable in his own skin and his light shines bright. It reminds us that we can do the same.
