The point of this video was not to prove Postle's guilt in court, either criminally or civilly. I made it because JFK was taking a "victory" lap on twitter this past week claiming that because some of the civil plaintiffs in the case against Stones settled and signed a statement saying that they found "no forensic evidence that Stones of JFK were involve with cheating", that this proves in fact that no cheating occurred and that he is somehow vindicated. Whether he was involved or not, he was in charge of this project and was repeatedly warned that there was a very high chance of impropriety. As far as I can decipher he also lied to myself, Veronica Brill and others about doing an investigation on the issue when in fact none went on all. I want people both inside and outside the poker community to be able to reference the most damning hands easily instead of having to sift through dozens of hours of material that is not well organized (which is the way it currently exists on KZbin). I don't want Stones, JFK or Postle to viably be able to create a public narrative that this scandal was unfounded and was the result of "vloggers seeking views" and or an angry poker twitter mob.

This just shows that enforcing a no electronic device on any table that has card readers in use has to be employed. That way there can not be any complaints about possible cheating at the table. Bart, I really hope that one day you can look back on this and realise how crazy you sound. All these rumours are just pure speculation. Why is it so hard to believe that he's just a lucky fish? For you to discount that possibility shows you don't really understand variance as well as you think you do.... If anyone can provide ACTUAL EVIDENCE of Postle cheating, (HHs don't count mate, they fall under speculation), then I will retract everything that I have said. I’ve always felt that one of the most damning hands is the A2o where he runs the bluff against what just so happens to be 97cc. What you don’t see here in this edited version, is the interaction between Postle and the opponent after the opponent 3 Bets the turn, but BEFORE Postle puts in the 4 Bet. Hopefully you all can go back and find this original hand as it aired because it’s rather fascinating. When the opponent 3 Bets turn with the 97cc, Postle begins experiencing “Duper’s Delight” to such a degree that he can’t contain himself. He can’t stop smiling and laughing, in fact he can barely collect himself to put in the 4 Bet. Even if, and key word IF, you decided you were going to run an absurd, zero equity bluff here with two irrelevant cards like A2o, this is simply not how you would act/interact in this scenario. These are not the actions of a guy who is about to 4 Bet jam the turn with A2o on a QQ45 for $8k effective, they’re the actions of a guy who just found out his opponent 3 Bet this board with 9 high, and all he’s gotta do is raise again to win the pot. It’s the genuine reaction of someone who’s just realized their “master plan” worked again...it’s just sickening. Barely $650 dollars for each player that settled the lawsuit...and now we gotta listen to guys like Kuratis run his mouth all over Twitter now. Just pathetic.

We also have the fact that he was spotted with some sort of blue screen app on his phone, very similar to the RFID master device which Matt Berkey showed his to confirm it’s the same screen. Larger hat when playing then when in interview The fact that there are 3 total people coming to his defence, one of them being the very sketchy “Rounderlife” for which he is affiliated and wore merchandise for in the games. JFK also citied this as a “reliable” source compared to ESPN and the like. The fact JFK is completely clueless regarding poker, yet KNOWS that Postle is 100% innocent even after hundreds of high/world class players have given him reasons why this is not the case. Given the content, Mike is supposed to be one of the best players in the world. Yet we only see him play 1/3 on a live stream for some unknown casino to most of us. Why is he not grinding higher stakes or literally anywhere else? These are just a few points that stood out to me, by no means is it exhaustive. Can we please get a judge that plays poker to be in charge of this case? The evidence for cheating in these hands are obvious to even a recreational poker player... The future of live poker, livestream, and poker in general are somewhat on the line here. How is Stones still an operating gambling establishment? The amount of hoops we had to jump through and education/forecasting/preemptive problem-solving we had to provide to the gaming board (external control) and WGLV's legal/compliance/security departments (internal controls) to get Trooper Thursday and MUGs approved originally were very significant. Postle and his help from Stone's inside really put a major damper in the growth of livestream poker and hosted games.

Poker judge , what does that mean still no proof have to have video from a PTZ , that's it without that there is nothing. Did he cheat looks like it , but zero proof . Too many rookies talking about hands because they are poker players . Not surveillance employees, terrible job from the casino , what was needed was these pro players to ask to speak to casino management about their concerns. The casino more than likely would have acted , or called in someone like me. This would have so easy to catch, but to babble on about hands , give me a break.
@TimothyChang4 жыл бұрын
You may be right...there doesn't seem to be a smoking gun without the interpretation of hands. I am not a criminal lawyer, but in cases when the murder weapons aren't recovered or when there is no video evidence of rapists putting their physical body into victims' orifices, it doesn't mean we can't prosecute, correct? I believe we still use timeline, logics, witnesses, and experts to recreate a "provable" story, do we not? You are most likely right; perhaps they should've called you. I am interested to learn regarding your expertise and what you would've done to easily catch the culprit(s). Set up another game, surveil, and at the right time surprise him and grab whatever he had down at his crotch? I am not being facetious. I am truly intrigued on what would have been a better plan of actions? Thank you.

After the story released today about Stones basically getting away with it to only 40k settlement in total and nothing happening (nor will happen) to Postle, this video is just depressing. Like the poker community knows Postle knew the cards in some fashion but it doesn't matter in the end. He and Stones came out on top minus a small hit to reputation because there are no laws in place to protect players from this nor can an average judge/jury understand higher levels of mathematics.

I really believe the people who are still "defending" this crook are only doing so because their entire life is filled with them constantly playing devil's advocate. Always trying to argue against the majority belief, no matter what it is, merely because it makes them feel special. In other words, if Mike Postle was accused of cheating and most people believed he was innocent, these same idiots would argue against the common belief of his Innocence and judge him as guilty. It's a very disingenuous way of thinking, but that's really how some people are...and nearly all of Postle's defenders are this way.

Yip, the 24/7 conspiracy weirdos and knee-jerk contrarians. Anybody, who has any sense, just flat out knows that gameplay like Postle's would never emerge with such consistency if nothing was off-kilter. Dude basically turned into the biggest bluffer or the biggest nit at the most opportunistic times. And that just doesn't happen. Nobody would ever play THAT erratic and magically get it right all the time. Especially not in scenarios, where the community cards looked favorable. But the scare cards do change, once somebody has full knowledge of what he is up against. And that easily is the biggest red flag. Postle always knew his scare cards, regardless of how unassuming they would be without any knowledge about the cards of the opponents.

@kfang8644 жыл бұрын
It really wasn't that great. The problem with live poker is that as an observer, you know nothing about the history of those players and whether the other player has any kind of rep. The gentleman who had the set of 9's is Robert Young, the tightest player in Sacramento, and in my 8 years of poker playing about 400 hours per yer (Sacramento, LA, Vegas, and Bay Area), Robert Young is the tightest player I've ever played with. He was one of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit and is a very nice young man but his image is exactly that. I can tell you that if Postle turned an open ended that he would have called and then if he hits on the river, he's stack Robert. But that's the normal war in poker LAG vs TAG. Everyone knows Postle is a LAG and everyone agrees LAGs win way more than TAGs. I realize you're being somewhat sarcastic but all our comments mean nothing as everyone know poker is completely "situational."

@Sheerluck Holmes it’s difficult for ethical people to put themselves in the shoes of a cheater or thief. It’s near impossible for anyone to see the world from another persons POV mind you. That being said I’m not really sure you can expect that a cheater would think they have a limited window to cheat. Sure a thief or robber does have a limited amount of time for a heist. But in this instance, he could’ve done it virtually forever if you set rules in place- who knows, win/loss ratio, etc

think I Figured this out here is the Method of Cheating. 1: He has a Bone conductor under the thick fluffy cap 2: every time he stares into his crotch, is not to read anything or see anything, its to use FACE recognition to unlock the phone 3: at this point someone is sending via text, what to do in hands, fold, raise, call ect. 4: he takes a moment acting while the Bone conductor transfers the text into voice to his head. Profit! think about it. whenever he stares into his crotch its for like 1-2 seconds that's not enough time to read 5 hands and know what to do afterwards the time he looks into his crotch is to Face recognition unlock the phone when someone is sending him texts on what to do.

I totally agree with your videos. When you see all these hands, the way Mike played is 100 % consistent with knowing the hands of his opponents. Even his actual reactions when he sees a card that beats him, but that he normal game play, should not be affecting the game, unless of course you know the hand of your opponents. Also, even at Stones, phone use is not allowed during a live hand, if you are actively playing. Why was he allowed to use his phone during an active hand ?
