I go easy on that one because I did it a bunch of times. When they forced masks in my city and I went from one store into my car only to drive 100 yards to another one I wouldn't bother taking my mask off. There was no point for me and taking it off for the 1 1/2 minutes in between stores. If I was going to have to put it right back on shortly, I couldn't be bothered moving it. Then again, I'm in construction so it's not weird for me to have to wear a mask for an extended period of time.

There is a fight coming, and I don't think it can be stopped. The traitors who have orchestrated all of this know the punishments for their crimes. They all know! I hear your pain - I dealt with both my parents in retirement/ memory care and facility shut down visitors to come into visit so visited them through their window and called them everyday to help comfort them. Staff would get sick from outside, then they would bring that inside and then shuttle all residents to their rooms for their mistakes and then allow no interaction with other residents for weeks. Harsh and cruel interaction that went on for months. Over 60% staff left after several months due to government paying everyone to stay home but Walmart, bars, liquor stores, and other businesses stayed open and made profits - media pumped out fear and that is what society lived by - till people started waking up and seeing how the facts and truth were being suppressed.

I worked as a nurse during this farce and I wouldn’t get the vax. I was threatened with being fired. My manager asked me to fill out a religious exemption and I told her that I would, but that it would be a lie. It wasn’t accepted and I was given another month before I would be fired. Nearing the deadline, my manager asked me to write another exemption, so I did and it was accepted. I wrote the exact same thing that I had the first time. The hospital announced that 99% of the staff had been vaccinated, yet I knew numerous people just in my own department that had not. They were counting all the staff that had been vaxed and the ones that had medical and religious exemptions. All the numbers floating around concerning Covid for 2 years were exaggerated. So many of our elderly were shut away from human touch and died a lonely death. This was abuse.

During those meetings, I met many referred to as "social media consultants". So in those meetings, I had to ask them (individually), "What exactly does a social media consultant do?". It turns out that companies and organizations hire them to monitor their websites and social media accounts to counter any negative comments directed toward those organizations. In short, these were "professional trolls". Keep that in mind whenever you are attacked online for making any comment about anything...let alone a comment about vaccines or Covid-19.

Americans should take responsibility for their own actions! My mother died from cancer. We took her out of a lock down hospital and we surrounded her with the whole family for 3 weeks. We were able to make her comfortable. We took turns keeping vigil, praying, singing her favorite songs and crying with her. It was so beautiful and peaceful. It was what SHE wanted. Take courage. Use your common sense and do what’s right. You will never regret that.

In certain states, that would not have been possible. Some states refused to allow anyone already hospitalized to leave until they were “cured” or dead. And if dead, you could not see the body for weeks and sometimes months. What the government did to the hospitals and the people is unforgivable and I will never ever vote for a single politician who supported the mask mandates, the attempt for forced vaccinations, and the prevention of people to be with dying family members. We had an episode that put him into the hospital in the beginning of Covid. They called me four days later to inform me my husband had 15 minutes left to live as I live 70 miles away by the time I got there, my husband had passed away approximately to one hour to get there by this time my husband was in full Riggers and that process takes 3 1/2 hours. Therefore the nurse that called me lied to me. He had already been deceased at least two hours. I thought about suing the living hell out of this hospital in animal Valley one of hundreds happened to I wish there was a way of doing a class action suit, all these hospitals they had no right to do what they did and I never got a chance to say goodbye to my dear husband day, shy of 40 years of marriage !

That breaks my heart. I'm so sorry you went through that. We wouldn't let them isolate my Mom. She died in 2020 at my house with all the family around her. She had a bad heart. It gave out. She was 78. We couldn't have a real funeral. Only 8 people could come in. But it cost like a normal funeral.

I remember standing in line at Guitar Center, waiting because they'd only let four people in at a time. Everyone masked up except for myself and this Jamaican guy. And this guy in front of me turned around, and with this voice of total disgust, "people like you are the reason people are dying !!!" To which i responded,.people have always been dying. And he says, " not like they are now." Anyway, when i got to the entrance they wouldnt let me in without a mask. So i didnt get any strings that day.😷

Apologies. There are tons of people who shouldn't vote. Example, we vote on how everyone should behave even though there are NO laws dictating that. Statistically, %70 of people who graduated high school in a town or city have never left that town or city. So how the fuck is someone from New York going to presuppose how someone in rural Montana should behave. Fuck you

I had almost the same situation with an older man here in Northport, NY. I refused to wear a mask. This man, who was wearing a mask came right up to me, wagging his finger in my face and said very aggressively, “You’re not wearing a mask!!!” I said, “That’s right, nor will I. If the government told you to hop on one leg and cover your left eye you would do it! Get out of my face!”.

We had a similiar covid story. My husband is an American Singaporian of Chineese decent and had some old white lady scream at him that he was a murder for walking outside without a mask after all the mandates were lifted in Florida. The amount of hate the government encouraged was unreal during that time.

My Mom died from mesothelioma July 2020. Leading up to that she was on chemotherapy and I worked in a multi specialty clinic. Every time I was to go see my mom someone would come in coughing or or to see the doctor for vomiting and my mom would say wait two more weeks, can’t risk Covid. I am still dealing with these feelings 4 years later because these scientists should never have played around with this virus to begin with and the lockdowns and fear tactics were over the top. The worst part for me is that if I didn’t work in healthcare maybe I could have had those last six months with my mom.
