There are things that resonate with me in every recovery story, this one is no exception. That park looks like a beautiful lifesaver, and getting to know the trees and wildlife. I'm glad to have a garden because I couldn't get past the letterbox for some time. I have gotten to know all the birds around the house and their habits. It's a precious experience and also feels grounding to know your natural home surroundings. Christmas 2021 led to some of my lowest points too! Yes to feeling like the grinch of Xmas haha

Hi Hug. Thanks for the lovely comment. I'm glad that you also take solace from connecting with nature and the wildlife around you. How have you been doing since Christmas 2021?
Mike’s story is so relatable. I have long covid, I’m 20 months in. I lost my dad to covid 6 months prior to me getting covid and lost my mum 18 months before my dad passed.

I was admitted to hospital for 12 days and a Dr tell me that in a 100 years time they will have a pill to cure what is going on for me till then I will just have to deal with it. I say NO! Thank you so much for sharing these recovery stories Liz. Thank you Mike. Lifts me up and gives me hope.

Hi Zanna. I'm so sorry about the experience that you had at the hospital. Keep on lifting yourself up with hope. You are the placebo and you have power to influence your health, whether someone gives you a pill or not.

Hi Rosie. Yes, it absolutely does mean that it's also possible for you. Something that you are powerfully affirming just by connecting to the positive recovery stories that are out there.

I can really relate to the joy of those moments where you make a bit more progress doing things you previously never gave much thought to (walking another few steps, running for 5 seconds) - pure magic ✨ thanks for the inspiration!

Thank you so much for this interview. Mike story has resonated with me and it was so easy to watch. Usually I find them triggering of my own pain. I can't thank you enough for the calm gentle hope you have both given me. Your interaction and combined energy in this interview of acknowledging each others feeling and thoughts was a joy to behold. ❤❤

Hey, such a happy positive story! Sharing so much hope. I have a question, though. What lightening program did you follow? Who was your coach? There's so many online. Difficult to choose one. Btw, I also signed up for your sessions. :) Thanks!

So lovely to receive this. Will be dropping you an email shortly to set up our session. 🙂

Hi everyone! I'll try to get the Timestamps up tonight for easy viewing. Since this video was recorded in October (I've been busy with babies), Mike recorded an "update" video this week, which I tacked on to the end. Sending my support to everyone! Mike doesn't have social media or a website, but made a Google Form for you to reach him (link in video Description).

The timestamps are now up! Also, the Google Form to get in touch with Mike was accidentally set to private, but is now viewable. It's in the description :)

Hello Do you know if there is coach to recover cfs speaki g french for me ?.thanks
@HealwithLiz Жыл бұрын
Hi Vero. The program Mike did actually has a couple French-speaking instructors. lightningprocess.com/find-a-practitioner/ The Gupta Program also has French coaches, but note the core content is delivered in English or over-dubbed German. My friend Lindsay Vine and I made a Lifestyle and Nervous System Regulation Programs Guide available on my website, and we updated it to included available foreign language info on Page 175 of the guide. Sending my support!

You tell your story like all these others I keep hearing about you caught Covid, and then none of you ever say if you were vaccinated, either before catching Covid or after. Steve, could you please answer that question for me were you ever vaccinated at all between 2021 and now? Thank you I would really appreciate it. It would help.

@@HealwithLiz very important to know as it could be what has made it long covid. Not the infection. Harder to heal from vax because the spike keeps replicating and lipo nano is hard to rid the body of. Id almost bet he got vaccinated and thats the majority of most of these folks issie. Its mine ad i never had covid.

Liz who did you work with? Sorry if I missed this?
@HealwithLiz4 күн бұрын
Hi Kelly, good question -- I don't have a job right now, and I'm not a coach. I'm a mom of 3 under 3, which takes up the most of my time. I do not collect a single cent for any recovery story I share. I met Mike because his dad is a long time friend of a nice woman in the UK who I became friends with after interviewing her for the independent programs guide I made (she didn't do the program Mike did). I did a few dozen long form interviews, and I stayed close with her.
@KellyK-pu3mn3 күн бұрын
@ hi Liz I am sorry I might have worded that wrong. In the interview you said you worked with someone to help you recover that was kind of like the lightening process that he metioned. I was just wondering who you worked with to help you. Thx
@HealwithLiz3 күн бұрын
@@KellyK-pu3mn Oh yes! Hehe. Thanks for clarifying . I did a different program, an online video-based one, and had multiple guides along the way. I saw a meditation teacher who came to my house and introduced me to different mind-body concepts which planted a seed, a hypnotherapist/coach named Lorie Solay (before program uncovering triggers and introducing me to NLP), Lindsay Mitchell of Vital Side (after I physically healed to help me with food fears). I also saw a timeline hypnotherapist after I physically healed who helped me me unblock some mental hangups named Larissa Joy.

@HealwithLiz Жыл бұрын
LOL. I know, and the park as well ;-). Yes, Mike's legit, and a genuinely nice guy. We were connected through a lovely mutual friend who has no connection to the LP. The LP is one of the 25 programs reviewed in the Programs Guide I made with Lindsay Vine. For each program we share who it's for and not for, and things to keep in mind based on interviews with people who did them. For the LP since it's taught by an individual coach, the connection with the coach definitely matters.
