Like someone else said Eric the shocks are out of gas so you won't die lol....but what might kill you is not having nothing underneath your truck like axle stands or heavy wood blocks on uneven ground for your safety never rely on a jacks to hold the truck up especially when your underneath they do fail....
@bert7996 Жыл бұрын
Yeah I was thinking that as well but later in the video you can see him using a jackstand and the jack together.
@stevehamman4465 Жыл бұрын
I'm 60. Probably around 1980 a Craftsman jack holding up a car failed and the young man working on it died! It was national news at the time! Sears lost a 3 million dollar lawsuit. It was called the 3 million dollar jack stand that failed! This event changed the liabilities of the jack manufacturer and the user! Jack is to lift the car,, stands are to hold it up. Just saying.

Some advice on stuck bolts. Get the Mapp gas yellow bottle. Spray the nut with wd40 or whatever you have. Hit the bolt or nut with a mini sledge. Heat, spray, beat, repeat. Get some antiseeze, you'll need it as you start doing more repairs.
