I did have clips of Mike Teavee in 05, West End and Broadway I was supposed to upload from my TikTok but unfortunately I was too slow and TikTok removed the sound off of all 3. I’ll have to remake them the next time I watch

Mike Teevee gets so angry 😡 that he doesn't want to have him stop playing the video game, playing on his TV, pretend to be on TV, and turn off the TV, and go on the news, and be on the microphone 🎤🎙️ to tell the whole news 🗞️ about the golden ticket before the chocolate factory tour with Mr. Willy Wonka.

I met Paris Themenn, he was very nice, he told me that he compared Gene Wilder to Mister Rogers because of their soft voices.

IMO, this incarnation of Mike TeaVee is somewhat tolerable. He would've been a better kid if he wasn't so TV obsessed.

He was never a bad kid in this version. His parents just needed to teach him a few things. Like how to moderate how much tv you watch, how to speak respectfully to somebody, and when he IS old enough to have a gun to never aim it at anybody. Though to be sure four of the kids needed some work. Augustus needed to be taught restraint and not to get into anything that he shouldn't, Veruca needed to learn some discipline and shouldn't have been spoiled so much, and Violet needed to be taught not to be such a smart mouth and to be respectful to her parents and other adults. Charlie was the only one of the four that was being taught properly by his mother and grandparents. He wasn't perfect, but he did have a supportive family life helping him to grow and learn.

@@lucindamobley5492 Yes, and that's exactly why Charlie won: he had a family who, in a lack of a better phrase, gave a damn and gave him a moral compass.

Mike Teevee may get on the naughty Christmas list, Santa Claus will give him a note to Mike Teevee that he will not be giving him Christmas presents, and get coal for Christmas by Christmas day.

@@MerlinM-zo4qp By telling Mike Teevee no temper tantrums, no back talks, no mad faces, no fighting, showing respect of saying "sure", fair chance, yes mom or dad of turning off the TV, stop playing video games, stop playing TV games and stop doing what he is doing by pretending to be on TV, and must agree to go on the news to tell everybody about the golden ticket.

@@teaveekid I haven’t seen this movie since I was his age. So I didn’t know he mentions those names. I might’ve heard him mention them but if I did, I don’t remember that.
