"It doesn't matter what mower you buy" just as long as it works...I've made the decision that even though all my lawns are currently push mowing only I'm only going to buy commercial grade equipment, I still have a honda homeowner mower as a backup but I will be replacing it next year with a commercial grade Toro or another exmark, not a commercial honda because I've used them before and they're weaker than the homeowner model and the self propell is slow as *uck

There is one simple reason why an empoyee doesnt care about the buisness as much as the owner. The employee doesnt feel the growth at all. Most buisnesses doesnt reward their employees if they do very well. There are no movivation to do better. This is entirely in the controll of the employer. If you want an employee that will work as hard as you, you need to reward him accordingly.
