Once again hailing from Finland. I has not been many hours since Floor uploaded this cover & it is already gone viral with many reactions, the fastest only minutes after she uploaded this. Floor covered this song already in 2007 with her band "After Forever", with her band partner & friend Joost van den Broek on piano. Joost played the piano also for this new cover & Floor is also recording her 1st solo album with him. Once again she made the song her own & I think that Ann Wilson would agree as she was already very impressed with the 2007 cover, and this is even more emotional with stellar vocals & interpretation.

The original is always the original. This massively famous power ballad from the 80's is one of my favorite Heart songs (and I've been following their career from the 70's). Floor is a genius. She stripped this song down and did a very intimate and emotional version with excellent vocals. This was phenomenal.

@@ChrisPage68 I think she mimed/sang it to her own recording PM just to make the video, I think more support is needed for it and she wouldn't therefore do it sitting down, also the setting, make-up and dress had to be specifically arranged. if we look at the last part of Poet she is sitting in front of the drum kit but stands when more support and breath is needed. I suspect the Frozen cover was done similarly. But I could be entirely wrong though.

"Alone" was originally written, composed and performed by the band "i-Ten" back in the early 80's. Billy Steinberg and Tom Kelly made up that band. All that aside, thanks for a great reaction! So this seems like the perfect time to make a song suggestion ( or 11 😉). There is an awesome Finnish rock band called Poets of the Fall that has been doing monthly acoustic performances of some of their songs during the pandemic. They just released their 11th song! They are called the Alexander Theater Sessions recorded in a historic theater in Helsinki Finland. They are all great, but in keeping with the piano accompaniment I think the 9th song called "Jealous Gods", would make an awesome introductory reaction video for this band.
