I like that more traditional looking gray with the blue white black flake

Mike, Thank you for making these videos!! Im constantly amazed at how much you get done and how often you make and release videos.. wow. I need to finish my 600sq shop garage floor. Are the top coated flake floors slippery when they get wet?
@MikeDayConcrete9 ай бұрын
Maybe a little, like the concrete would be but no-one has complained and said they're slippery.

What walk behind concrete joint cutting saw do you recommend? Or have great success and experience with? I primarily like to cut my joints the day after. My understanding is some saws are designed and better at cutting fresh concrete and others are better for aged concrete Any advise and help is greatly appreciated @@MikeDayConcrete

Man I wish you were in Ohio lol. I'm midway through my project now and its hellish. I've learned SO much from your videos. And I'm still in prep phase bc my garage floor was almost worse than this one (NE Ohio winters darn it). In retrospect, a pro would have been worth the cost -- if I weren't already half way there in supplies alone lol. Keep up the vids, love them!!

Perhaps bit of a redundant question Mike, but I am interested in brand of that 14-15" roller cage you use? Been looking for it fooorever and no success. I did asked around and searched and searched but no results. That must be light fiberglass cage vs regular heavier metal ones that are readily available. When rolling over head that weight matters. Thanks in advance.
@jamesmoran83359 ай бұрын
Purdy makes an expandable paint roller head. From 12-18 inches
@splanzza9 ай бұрын
@@jamesmoran8335 Thanks! I got that one but am trying to reduce the weight while rolling for a full day with it above my head. One that Mike is using seems to be made from fiberglass hence it is lighter. I've seen it else where too but no clue where to find it or who makes it. It might be older and discontinued item. 🤷♂️

How durable is it with tire rotations, snow, salt, oil, radiator fluid, gasoline, etc? Looking pretty is irrelevant if the product doesn't last and, in the end, makes things worse.
@MikeDayConcrete9 ай бұрын
The products we use are very durable, no call backs. That's why we use them!

Total would vary due to square footage of garage. Determine square footage and multiply by $7.50-$10.00.

another rip off job by Mike, guess everyone up north has too much money and used to getting ripped off. My garage concrete was less than 1/3 of his quotes in videos, same thing with armorguard flooring, my cost for 800 sq ft was 800$.
