On the long crack mix some of the darker color and apply in the darker areas. This will help breakup the line in the stone appearance.

Are you applying a sealer after this is completed? What is the typical longevity of the fill?

I didn't but you certainly can. The longevity depends on if you have pets...they seem to love to dig it out. Should last a few years depending on traffic
