Gabriel was one of Artetas first signings. He managed Saliba’s progress brilliantly by sending him on loan for another year and bringing him into the team at the right time. He moved Saka from left back to now one of the best right wingers in the world. Don’t be a follower taking your opinions from KZbinrs. Do your own research and form your own opinion. Know what you are talking about before you criticize the manager.

Talking about backup for Saka. We NEVER ever had a backup for Mo Salah & won stuff. Remember Klopp took cheap mediocre buys & transformed them into gallant soldiers who would die for the cause. Only markee signings were Vvd & Alisson. Now Slot has transformed Gravenberch into a great midfielder, while under Klopp he was just a carrier pigeon🤣 Klopp failed to get the best out of Nunez while Slot only had him for a few months & hes still a work in progress. Liverpool play counter attacking football so it makes sense to have a high quality visionary playmaker at fullback, but Arteta wants his team to specifically NOT counter attacking and to instead kick the ball side to side like Wenger instructed his team. Partey at RB is a waste of his talent
