Congratulations to you Mike, after 40 years of hard grueling work on that UPS Delivery Truck, you deserve to take a long break, and enjoy life. Enjoy your Retirement, and start putting some major miles on the Wing, and the other bikes you have. It's great to see you again, and glad you're ok after your little spill. That Ice will tear you up in a heartbeat. Thank God you were able to spot it in time, and get yourself slowed down before hitting it. So glad you got through it, and are still here with us to share your story. Be safe out there.

Welcome back Double M!! We missed you big time. Congratulations on 40 years!! You are a rare breed. All roads now lead to maintaining good health and quality of life because these are the wonderful milestones. Retirement is just the beginning of many good things. Love the Bohn Armor on you too. Maybe you make time to visit a Honda dealership and tickle a gen 6 DCT Tour or Bagger if they have one. 🤔 You are always welcome in Texas. Again congrats to you Mikey. You done earned it. This is mile marker mike: I’m with you! I worked for Cessna in their business jet division/maintenance service center as a maintenance foreman. Working on aircraft I just couldn’t do it anymore told the boss I put my retirement in. Retired after I turned 60. Been riding long rides. And adding videos of places I go. Actually around the third or fourth of October couple of friends and I will be traveling thru Memphis on our Goldwings on our way to Charlotte North Carolina. Just a suggestion. We can meet up. Watched you since you started KZbin. And maybe get some pointers how to improve my channel. Had my channel up now going on three years. Sorry for your loss and or setbacks life has given you. Take care.

Hi Mike, great to see the upbeat attitude after the injury. You're back in the saddle again. I live across the Atlantic in Great Britain and love to watch biking in the USA. Until recently I have been a full-time carer for my disabled Wife for 37 years until her passing in November last year. Beginning of this year I moved a couple of hundred miles up the road and started my life over. I tell you this because the work you have recently retired from has inspired me. I have been a parcels picker/packer since March and will soon be progressing to driving a fork lift truck. Ironic that at the age of 57 I am embarking on my career as you retire from yours. Congratulations on what was a huge decision in your life. Thank you for your inspiration in what has been a living hell through bereavement for me. Keep it safe out there and enjoy daily life at home and wherever the Goldwing takes you. Kind regards and huge respect to you.

Congratulations on your new found freedom, after 40 years you’ve earned it. It takes some time to get in the swing of it. I retired a year ago this month. The VFR 800 is a popular bike from the past. You get the sport side of it without being folding up like a pretzel. I just bought a 2007 Yamaha Fjr as a second bike for fun rides around my house. My big heavy touring bikes get pulled out for longer rides or when my wife goes with me. Looking forward to your video to come. Ride safe and enjoy your retirement.
