There are no "illegitimate" children. All children are legitimate no more and no less than any human being. There are legalities, but they have absolutely nothing to do with whether any person, especially any child is legitimately alive (born).

Look at how a Cameroonian from Africa went to China, was penniless and homeless, and in ten years already has a wife and child and so comfortable that he's travelling the world with the family.
