Retired police officer 30 years. Literally everything your guest described about federal prosecutors politically motivated when to decide to prosecute a case is absolutley true on a local leveI. I have had arguments with prosecutors in calif. and Idaho with slam dunk cases but for whatever reason usually they felt there was a small chance they might not win the case so it was dropped. Some cared more about their win loss record than prosecution. And they are the sole person who decides if a case is prosecuted. And once one prosecutor said no it was very difficult to find one that would move forward. Most of the prosecutors I dealt with were very professional and accurate but the amount of times I watched cases never brought forth was concerning. It’s not the police or fbi job to prosecute just collect the evidence and forward for prosecution. Comey had no standing to say no prosecution for Hillary. That was strictly on the us attorney to decide if she was prosecuted and they obviously made the political decision not to. And they stayed quiet while Comey took the public heat for the lack of prosecution. And he brought that on himself by flapping his gums to the Media that he made that decision. One way to stop these lack of prosecutions for politics or Personal reasons is to have an impartial review board of attorneys and judges who review the turned down cases or this will not change.

I agree with you, but now everything is so polarized that the problem is finding true impartiality.

Jim, were you involved in the Robert Hanseen Espionage case at all? A very good family friend of mine worked for him at the Bureau and she was physically assaulted by him after she got up and left a meeting where he was becoming abusive. Of course, the whole incident was just swept under the rug at the time due to Robert Hanseen’s position within the Bureau. Had the Bureau fired him at that point like they should have, his whole espionage plot may have never happened.

Great interview I don’t know if it’s my eyes. I don’t think so, but it seems like anytime. Jim talks with his hands. The camera auto focuses on his hand rather than him and everything goes blurry in the background. Just thought I’d let you know.

1:46:59 This is extremely frustrating. If you think there is a problem with every case, wether through corruption or malpractice, you must re-define a "problem" with different guidelines You can label a case extremist and deal with every like-case, or you can make that extreme normal. Ignoring the problem enlists future actors to propogate a symptom that benefits their wishes over actual legislation.

It would have been interesting if Mike had asked DiOrio what he thought of "nice guys" McCabe, Mueller, Sean Henry, Wray being a party to all the Democrat shenanigans over the past 10 years. Some, if not all, being illegal and unconstitutional, by the letter of the law, if not the spirit. In Mueller's case it goes back a lot farther than 10 years. I know someone can only speak to their own experiences and interactions, but sometimes the facts speak for themselves.

2:17:22 I witnessed this happen to my mom on dozens of occasions growing up. I quickly lost all respect for law enforcement at an early age. Impossible to have hope when there was nothing done to help or stop the cycle. We had bills paid, but forced to live through cold winters and nor'easters without heat. Multiple towns, multiple companies Trash companies also love to skip sequential pickups for their "favorite" addresses. Helping the neighbors, and leaving ours behind on the street.

Now I can be completely wrong about this and I don’t mean this in any disrespect because guys like Jim have done so much for this country but every time I hear a former FBI guy talk about firearms, it’s like they don’t know much at all about them. He said “Maybe I shouldn’t say this but I still have access to .40S&W as if everyone else doesn’t too 😂 then he said he carries ball ammunition in his carry gun and didn’t know the specific round he carries 🤦🏻♂️ Chances are he carries Hollow Point rounds in his CCW but he probably didn’t even know what ball ammo is. I have just seen it a lot in KZbin with former FBI guys and other former Federal Government guys like the Director of the DEA who couldn’t field strip a Glock 😂 or called a magazine a clip. There is no way they have high standards at Quantico because it has to be passable for both genders of all sizes which is why the SS is full of inept people as well. Sorry but you don’t see tiny or out of shape women in Tier 1 units or even Tier 2 units in the military.

Are you paying youtube to autoplay these videos? I don't subscribe to your channel. I don't watch videos where 2 people talk about whatever for hours, and yet, this shit is the ONLY thing that youtube will autoplay when something that I actually WANT to watch ends. Does anybody know how to make it stop? I dislike every single one hoping that they'll get the message. I've disliked DOZENS of them. It just won't stop.
