I'm more upset at your Accounting/Business manager for it taking 24 months to catch onto a $800k per year expense run rate on Foley's credit card with Venmo/Paypal transactions littered all over the bank statements.

@JohnMansfield-lv1vu11 ай бұрын
@upkeep9703 sadly they can try to fight it but since Foley had permission to use the card it will be hard to deem it as fraud. The bank looks at it as he had permission and it's Mike's fault for not being on top of it and still paying the credit card bill every month
@justinmatisewski128511 ай бұрын
@@JohnMansfield-lv1vu 100% correct. They might have even filed a tax return under this system that was in place. No way Mike wins this lawsuit in my opinion.

You and your biz manager should have an agreement where if an individual charge (& total) meets a certain threshold, you have to contact me/seek my permission so that I’m aware. Even setting up basic alerts on your phone/reviewing monthly statements could’ve put a swift end to this. I keep reading what a dick Foley was to fans and there were red flags, but he must’ve had Mike completely fooled.

Ofcourse accountability is a thing and certain amount of blame has to be taken, but at the same time and most importantly, Don't mentally punish yourself for being a good person and believing in people. Your whole fan base has known the type person that you have been since the beginning. Youve inspired a lot of us. We appreciate the transparencies that way we can continue to grow with you. Keep doing you brother, bigger bump then usual, but still just a bump on your long road of spiritual and financial success.

When you put someone in charge of something you expect them to adhere to common sense. It’s common sense to know not to blow company’s money on bullshit. & especially use someone else’s money to flex on the gram. Especially someone who’s been rolling with you, like it’s more about having respect for the dude that gave you an opportunity. And using your brain not blowing money that’s not yours. Mike trusted the dude and was betrayed. Jon’s not going around blowing money on stupid shit. So to say it’s mikes fault is absurd when you look at the big picture of the situation.
@CAMMEDIAPRO11 ай бұрын
I worked for my friend and he trusted me and gave me a company card and never did I ever have the thought to use that card to buy designer clothes, fake teeth, luxury rentals. it’s common sense 😂 also having morals. Foley has no morals or respect for himself or anyone else and that’s all by his actions that tells us this.
@roadrageglobal11 ай бұрын
@@CAMMEDIAPROFoley did bad, has no morals, stole etc. But it is also still mikes fault for allowing him to run wild like that. Both can be true at the same time. Mike clearly has acknowledged the mistake of trusting Foley kicked him out and is righting the wrongs made. It's not Mike's fault in a bad way. It's Mike fault meaning when he realizes where he went wrong he can fix that. It's important to take responsibility that's how you fix stuff
@BennyJeters11 ай бұрын
Agree. 100% his fault. Talks of accountability then goes and cries for two hours detailing HIS negligence. I could see a month, but how you don’t notice like a year of that is wild. Also dude talking about open a potential legal case this openly is wild too,

most of those expenses are also not deductible for tax purposes, which is why the accounting firm was flagging certain expenses, the rest were being moved to a draw account probably in your name. that means not only did he fuck your in terms of stealing money, but also owe the IRS more in taxes.
