Back in 1980 I broke out as a hardhat diver, the company I apprenticed with bought me some tools they thought I might need, Including Klein 9" orange handled lineman pliers, Diagonal cutters, screw drivers zipper canvas bag and a gut bucket. I lost the lineman pliers about 4 years ago I was so bummed I looked everywhere including along the side of the road I still miss em, hell I lost my eye and dont miss it as much as I miss those old lineman pliers.

That flashlight is great. I just modified my tiny one-AAA-cell flashlight by hot-gluing a small magnet to its tail and filing a couple notches in the top. Now it will stick to ferrous surfaces and a bit of light leaks out when set on its face. Thanks!

I have those JW Sidecutters. I've used them to cut a 3/8" bolt before. Had to use my channel locks to get enough leverage, but they cut it clean with no damage. Klein makes a helluva tool.

I LOVE that Flashlight! It has been a life saver for me! - Being a TA on the job, I usually don't get first dibs on most of the power tools on the job if i'm working on my own. So I usually don't get to use one of the bigger battery powered flashlights BUT that flashlight is AWESOME! - It works just as well as ANY of those bigger battery powered work lights! and THAT MAGNET THO! - Great tool! One of the best tools in my tool bag! You lucky SOB I wish Klein sent me a package of free shit! (Luckily, when I become an apprentice I get a full set of Klein tools from my hall!)

I like the tool pouches, really helps to keep things organized. I use the Milwaukee ones and they're ok. The Husky ones are nice and you get a set of them in different sizes, plus they have a mesh window so you can see the contents. But I like the stand up feature of the Klein.

I like the flashlight but it looks like it should come with some sort of cap to cover the magnet when carrying it in the toolbag. Look at how it grabbed that X-acto knife blade in your video. It just needs something to keep the magnet from being a "Magnet to all things metal" in your toolbag.

Those pliers you need to keep the wire as close to the rivet as possible otherwise you can’t even cut #12 stranded without putting all your might into it. I’m still getting used to them. My buddy has that flashlight and he’s is not happy with it very disappointed with it. It flickers on him right out the package. Haven’t tried the Voltage tester I’m curious to see how it performs. The bags I like them easy to carry small material instead of carrying your organizer or plastic holders. Clip em right to your bag thumbs up for those. Magnetizer I’m a get this weekend definitely need ☝️. Ratchet stubby is dope don’t have it but I have the other one I love it. Can’t wait to see the update vid on these tools. Congrats on the tools Mike your a great electrician. Love this channel!!!

Does the NCV tester do low voltage? I do HVAC and I'll use mine occasionally to track down low voltage issues. I currently use a southwire NCV, I dont personally care for southwire but mine is waterproof, has a button to check for as low as 12v, has a flashlight, and was only $25 (when I bought it was on sale for $20). So far it's the best I've found (for MY needs). (The only reason I picked it up in the first place was I had a lowes gift card I needed to use and I needed a new NCV.) I've actually owned 2 of them in the last 3yrs only because my shit head co worker lost the first one. I love my ratcheting stubby multi, it's in my pocket everywhere I go
