Try turning them on outside of the case. In other words. Take them out and put your finger in between the wholes on the side. (The LED area and the air vent thingie) This has worked for me.

I have this i12 blue label version but are shiny black instead of matte, worked great for a week then the left one started to make interference noises (like loud beeping and random clicking sounds) as soon as its powered on and everytime its playing any music or sound, it will only stay quiet when nothing is been played, I've been trying to reset but could it be a hardware failure? any thoughts? thank you!

Great video, mine left pod wouldn't work and was showing a solid blue light, i just turned the right one off by holding the button on the pod, then held the same button on the left for about 30 seconds and it turned back on! Thanks for the tips.

The reset options here are for the genuine i12 models. The only other thing i try is to take them out and leave them for a few hours until they are totally dead. If they still won't connect after this complete reset , you need to send them back. Sadly this is a very common thing from the budget sellers on ali express and wish etc. if you want the real deal from a good seller use knockies or thespinningdeal.

in my case, this worked.. hope this helps someone ---> Disconnect and turn off bluetooth on all the potential devices (your laptop phone etc) so i12 cannot automatically connect ... I dont know what Chinese voice says but anyways longpress 5sec (PWR ON/OFF function) each and put in the case, take those out, longpress 5sec for couple of times ... and if you see Blue&Red flashing, TAP 5 times - - I could finally hear "English". do the same for R or L if you still hear Chinese from either one

If the pod won’t charge then you need to remedy what was going on there if it may be dirty connections if not there’s not a lot you can do other than send them back unless you fancy taking the car and checking the solder
