For those having a problem of connecting them both at the same time, I suggest you unpair Inpods and take them back to the case. Make sure both of them are adequately charged (if ever). Pull each one of them at the same time then pair again.

@@SibillaM sadly there is no solution the i12 tws do not allow you to change the double tap gestures but if you were to get a newer model such as the i500 tws on a iPhone in the settings you would be able to change it

Loving my pair! Just got them yesterday. I paid around $14 Canadian. They have great volume and the gestures work great! Comparing them to my tws pro 2 V2 AirPod pro clones which don’t go as loud even though they fit in my ear better. I also have problems with them cutting out while walking... so weird if only I could have the i12s in a AirPod pro style haha! If your thinking about getting a park of these do it! I’m gonna order a few extra! Good for friends or when my kids grow up.

I figured out how to fix the “only one of the airpods r working” 1) go to blue tooth settings 2) if the aiepods are under two names forget them both(delete) 3)put them back in ur case 4) turn blue tooth OFF (airpods Should not just be disconnected. Should be Turned OFF) 5)turn ur case on and take the airpods out and they should be blinking blue and red And it should work Bassically the airpods where connecting seperatly This way they connect together Plz tell me if this works

There is a pop up box when you connect them to your phone saying "listening to high volume..." between cancel and ok, what I do is press cancel then problem solved. It won't start at the highest volume anymore. Btw my phone is samsung A50. Idk if it applies to your phone as well but hope this helps.

I don’t know if I have a mutant pair of earbuds, but on mine it’s three taps (left or right) to regulate volume, and two taps to move forward or back a track!?! And pairing was a nightmare. I have a brand new iPhone 12, but it took ages - switching the phone off and on, switching Bluetooth off and on, etc, before we finally got there. Sound is OK, not brilliant by any means. So far I’m not crazy about these earbuds, but it’s early days. Maybe I’ll get used to them.

Unpair from your phone then press the button on the back of the case then take the right side out first then the left and choose I12 or b93_ble whichever it comes up as

LEGEND IS LIVE mine didn’t have led lights to mine also didn’t work on the right just reset by holding the button in the front of the cover for 15 seconds or hold down the right AirPod for 5 seconds it may be off

On mine I actually have to long press the one that isn't playing. Idk if this is the issue ur having but sometimes only one will be playing so to get the other to work too I long press it and it says "power on" or "paired" and then works

I would say they are really sensitive, which makes them pretty hard to use for me. They also randomly change languages from time to time and I can't re-adjust them into my ear without pausing my music/video or pulling up google assistant. Just holding them makes it so that I pull up google assistant so it's pretty bad for me ngl.

Mine one can do everything - listening to music✔ - watching movie✔ - play games✔ BUT I can't call.😭 When I call it was like the sound it doesn't came out from the headphones but it came out from the phone. I don't know how to do it. Do anybody know?? pls tell me😭

Hunari Ashito if you have an iPhone, you have to press the audio button (while on a call) and it will give you options they should say 1. iPhone 2. Speaker 3. i12 If you have an Android, I’m not sure but it might be a similar method
