Yeah, I get pissed seeing oil dumped like that. Now, if I see old motor oil in jugs or back in the bottles, I filter it and use it for light weight lubrication like bar oil for the chainsaw.

You always find the best stuff, I found at a dollar store that was having new shelves put in and the construction workers were putting all the old stuff in their dumpsters. I went in and asked the manager if I could take the scrap metal shelves out and I got a ugly one she said everything bad that could be said to me. I thank her for her time and left. Now all there trash is on the ground and the trash trucks want take the metal. I'm a old Christian lady and I use to talk bad a long time ago. But I'm showing my grandsons how what is done to you, can come back around to bit you. And to treat people with respect even if they don't deserve it. Thank you Mike they really look up to you 😀. I always enjoy your chatter as you scavenge, I catch a lot of little references you make to movies, music etc, always makes me smile. I am amazed and disappointed seeing all the recyclables being tossed out, our American system is broken, there should be dumpsters dedicated to paper, metal, plastics etc. I mean I am glad you can make a living from it, but it just points to how wasteful we are.

The big wrench with the red handle is a torque wrench specifically for radio / antenna coax cables (DIN style). Usually pretty expensive.

You can also use those back platforms When you're doing epoxy floors. Paint floor strap those to your shoes and you can walk across the wet floor

Mike, the orange thing with duct tape one the edge was probably a welding tarp, and the "spike shoes" are used for applying epoxy flooring. They are used one the step where the sand is broadcast over the next to final step before the top coat.
