Mikey, the BOG-ster is the💣😁. So 😎, I love 💕😘 seeing his interactions with you and your catch. Lanier, that was my home lake for about 7 years. Then 3 more years again later on. It's a hard one to fish but super rewarding when you find them being active. Noah (of Kickin' Their Bass TV) that's his home lake and his dad (Big Steve) still lives there on the lake. Both are You Tubers. Ask around for them before you leave! That would be a BANGER hook-up!!! Well, Mikey, super video and good luck on Lanier, it's an AWESOME 😎 place.

Hey Mikey I love your videos man especially how you started it today with Bart waking up and he still has his jacket ready to go you truly have a best friend there and a good blessing makes me wish I could’ve took my old friend before she passed but she put a smile on my face your continent has inspired me to be a cotton creator also myself I would love to have your eyes and perspective for when I do the same type of contact creation but most importantly I have to make it worth everyone’s time to even do it but I’m still trying tight lines Mikey. I hope one day. I can make it out to Alabama and rent a kayak and explore a bunch of waters out there looks like a great time and a great place to be keep doing what you’re doing bud I always enjoy your Content take care

@kayakfishingforpredators91073 жыл бұрын
Boggs licking fish Is NOT like touching fish with dry hands. When fish do the make baby fish things their bumping each other or grind to sediment to make their bed. They also bumping vegetation like sticks or wood under water when they lay their eggs. Boggs gentle licking a fish does NOT hurt them (maybe a little) and the protective slimy layer is going to be replaced that same day.
@southerngurlfishing25613 жыл бұрын
@@kayakfishingforpredators9107 lol I think a dog's sand paper tongue is a little different than mud or sand or grass that is Wet in its natural environment also have you ever caught a fry guarding fish? they are covered in sores and tail half eaten away so yeah I guess your right taking there slime off causes no damage at all 🤔🤦♀️ and I mean I'm sure you know better than a fishery biologists haha
@kayakfishingforpredators91073 жыл бұрын
@@southerngurlfishing2561 you comparing Sand ( small, very small rocks) with a rough tongue? Lol you reply is Full with FALLACIES. That Fry fish you’re talking about: did you study its behaviour BEFORE you caught it? Lol there are NO DOGS UNDER WATER WHO LICK A FISH SO IT MUST HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY SOMETHING IN THAT FISH HIS NATURAL HABITAT.
@southerngurlfishing25613 жыл бұрын
@@kayakfishingforpredators9107 man look at you with your big words haha 😄 I'm glad you think you sound smart still until you post your masters in fishery biology your big words and you trying to sound smart have no standing lol fact of the matter is my comment is not up to debate with other fisherman, nor is it an attack on Mike's decision to let his dog lick the fish , it's not illegal the man can do what he wants hell you can feel free to lick the fish if you please I really don't care haha my point was to simply pass on good information to a fellow fisherman that I'm sure takes pride in the sport and the well being of the fish we fish for as we all should!! But thanks for your 2 cents anyway have a good day God bless 😁
@kayakfishingforpredators91073 жыл бұрын
@@southerngurlfishing2561 hmmm your first reply is LOADED with FALLACIES. And your 2nd reply is even more loaded with fallacies Take a breath when you reply a comment. Maybe form sentences and end with a . Then start a new sentence with a capital letter. It does NOT become easier to discuss any opinion if you attack a person with a different opinion. In other words you disgrace your opponent BUT do not bring on some logical EXPLANATIONS for your OWN OPINION. A WET sandpaper tongue ( of a dog) is NOT equal to sand/ gravel/ rock nor equal to a DRY HAND that grabs the skin of a fish and squeezes it down a LITTLE to unhook that fish.

Just trying to decide whether he's thinking "you spend all day out here catching these things & if we're not gonna keep them to eat, I'm at least gonna taste them" or if he's trying to console them with a kiss to say "it's OK, my human will release you in just a minute." 😜

There’s too many way you can catch fish. The easiest would be live bait. Put a live nightcrawler on the end of your hook and blow it up. Just cast it out there and let it sit; every now and then give it a little reel. This is your do it nothing fishing style. It’s not a popular way to fish because it’s live bait and you won’t be cool.
