QUESTION: How does your mom make her Adobo extra unique? My mom at some point started to put sliced tomatoes in our adobo giving the sauce a slight reddish colour. At first, I found it weird but it was sarap, actually!

I'm just a random Japino passing by in the comment section, but man, when I found out his nanay's most secret ingredient for Adobo was "Aji no moto",the well-known flavor enhancer produced in Japan, I was cracking up really hard😂😂I don't think it is so unhealthy that it has harmful effects on human body unless you put it too much to the food you cook.
