We’ve been in Hongdae for the last 3 weeks and we’ve gone to Oreno Ramen 4 times. The waiters are beyond nice and the ramen is the best we’ve ever had! And pricing.. our favorite ramen spot in the US is Ichiran Ramen in NYC. The price we paid at Oreno is less than a third of what we pay in the states lol. Adding the other spots to our list as well! 🙌

If you can, I’d recommend going to a lotte mart or emart and picking up some special edition choco pies and snacks! They’ve got vanilla turtle chips, stone grilled bulgogi “chips”, strawberry flavored choco pie, injeolmi (a sweet powdery rice cake) and corn cream flavored choco pie!! Also korean ice creams too. The closest I ever want to be to intestines is the ones in my own abdomen. I guess they are an "acquired" taste... Let's talk about bulgogi, and Korean crispy chicken, and that wonderful glutinous rice, and the open-air street food (which hopefully does not include, well, you know)...
