12:43 ~ lol mikey, the restaurant is called 面爱 (mian ai), which is also spelled out in its korean name (미엔아이). Ima chalk it up to your giddiness from all the delicious food, because I can read far fewer chinese characters and still understood the restaurant's name. Plus they served noodle dishes. ;P

I believe that Korean are big on the Octopus ink so restaurant may used in the batter. Mike, the dish with rice over chicken? on the pictured sign front of the front door, it has named as Cho Ho Phan. I don't know what it is but that is what they name that dish.
