Hi your video are so helpful. I already manage to create mangle rules but could not figure out on how to exempt 1 PC using its IP to bypass all the rules that I created. I also have problem on port 80 and 443 I need also to exempt some IP so we can download their file without any limitation. Hope you could help me out :) THANK YOU!

Remove their IPs from the address list, so that these traffic doesn't get marked.
