By design UserManager only provides Authentication (username and password login), Authorization (what network services are accessible) and Accounting (tally the bandwidth and show totals every day, week, month, year), however integration of a billing system and a payment gateway is certainly possible though the RouterOS API. Mikrotik neither nor provides billing and/or payment gateways. Edit: I saw a paypal option after adding this comment. Perhaps Paypal is one option but not my preferred.

I want to know which MikroTik wirless I can use which work with accounting and FreeRadius, I want to limit user connection to 1 per wifi account, but need a NAS who suport that

Userman is available to all Mikrotiks but you may run out of Mikrotik resources sooner than you think on low spec devices. 3011 is capable.

Can a Ruckus R550 use the mikrotik radius for 802.11x?

Ruckus R550 can use mikrotik radius and also freeRadius only if you ensure that you are using the correct Radius ports
