Miku sensei, thank you so so much for these videos! They motivate me so much because with each one of these interview-type videos or even just you speaking in all Japanese, I find myself understanding more and more each time. I'm proud of myself that I understand this entire conversation! I really appreciate the effort you put into this content that's available free of charge on youtube! :)

Wow!! Thank you for the video!!! There are lots of words that can't be learnt from the textbook!! Great to have the subtitles. Thank you!! I heard that many Japanese need every stuff well planned ahead and don't not like people late or any ad hoc stuff. I am from Hong Kong, and really think punctual or getting early about 15 minutes are essential and respectful to any meetings and this show how important they are to you. But I want to say: deciding in the last minutes or ad hoc are quite 2 different things. For example, when you ask someone if they have time a month later but they can only answer you a day before that, that is deciding in the last minutes. They put every other things more important than you. I will not contact them anymore. Most of the people here will plan ahead and have a buffer for each meeting. And hence sometimes we will finish the schedule earlier then expected and try to ask someone to go out afterwards. That's what we call ad hoc. If someone call you suddenly for a drink or dinner, it means they think of you when they are free. That is not a bad sign.. haha~~

Miku-chan! Thank you so much for this interview! I spoke Portuguese, Spanish and English and now adding Japanese and love your content. I follow you on all social media and listen to your podcasts. Discovering people like Junpei-san is so awesome because I get best of both worlds. He speaks Spanish AND teaches Japanese. This is wonderful! Thank you so much!

I find that its hard to learn Japanese because of not appropriate teaching. Do not tell to students this is what we used when we are at that place. We should disect every words like noun, pronoun, verbs, when to use. To whom you can use. Etc. The simple vlogger would say "Taberu" eat. But an educator would say when to use this words. It's like disecting every parts of the language. Like spanish i easily learn because the teachers used representation like we study pronoun first. We master pronoun and we master when to use pronoun. See? I hope you can have a clue. After pronoun, we go to Verbs. We master verbs. That's it. Dont be too hard to yourself. Memorizing words will not help you easily because you dont know when to use those.
