I am a little confused, I have seen you put the hair IN the iron and then wind it, and here you put the hair AROUND the iron and then pull it thru. Why the difference? Or does it matter? hiiii i have super curly hair naturally so instead of straightening my hair before waving or curling like this i smooth it dry from wet with a revlon onestyler then once it’s smooth i go back with a wand depending on what style i want that day :)) not sure if i made sense? lol😅

I'm so envious of how fast your hair grows. I've worn a pixie my whole life and for the first time, I let my hair grow. I didn't get it cut for almost 2 years and it is just now to the tops of my shoulders. It just doesn't grow and I take biotin w/keratin, which makes my nails grow long but not my hair!! It looks so easy. I have wavy shoulder length hair that is textured. I have tried this technique and end up with “fuzzy fish tails” the last few inches. Actually you are to alternate direction so the curls don’t swish together. That is the technique taught in beauty school.

When I was little I used my straightener to curl my hair around my dads screw driver and made little ringlets 😂😂
