My beauty tip; I have long and thick eyelashes... I put coconut oil on them at night and curl my eyelashes with my Tarte eyelash curler for 1 minute per eye every morning. Curling the lashes makes my eyes look more open and really showcases my pretty lashes. I've tried them all; Tarte is the best, it gives the most bang for your buck and lasts FOREVER!! Then I use Loreal Voluminous lashes (NEVER waterproof, and it is the one in the gold tube). Waterproof makes your eyelashes fall out. I get compliments everyday, all day on them! I hope this helps someone ❤️

This may or not be for beginners but I like to put a little dash of lip gloss on the top of the cheekbones, blended out a little. I've also used NYX lid lacquer as well as Elf shimmering facial whip. Have tried using an off white frosted eye shadow for the same purpose but the NYX and the Elf look more natural yet still eye-catching. Love your videos....all of them, hair especially. Sooo helpful. I love your videos! I have probably bought 20 lipsticks trying to get the perfect peach...I never seem to get it right.. You have it!!! Can you tell me what it is?!??! One of my favorite hacks... On light make-up days, when highlighters are too heavy, I just put a tiny dab of coconut oil on the tops of my cheek bones and beside my eye. It keeps you young and fresh! It's also SOOO good for your skin!

You should try using a concealer which is a shade or two lighter then your normal foundation color :) It definitely works for me

awww you are so kind! Thank you so much. You definitely made my day with your comment! We use a Panasonic G4 and we shoot in 4k. That's why the quality is so awesome. I convert the quality down when I upload to KZbin though :) We use the four point lighting technique - 2 lights in the back to make me stand a part from my background, and the major 2 lights in front. Make sure the lights aren't too high or too close right in front of you because that could cause the shadows on your face... The key is balance with lights. I think I might do something on snapchat (milaby) and show my set up ;) Thank you again for your support!

my tip and i ve been using for over 20 yrs. green eyeliner. since a lot of people have dark eyes. not all of us are blessed with blue or green eyes. using green or even teal blue eyeliner will make the eyes pop. that's my gift to you. your welcome 😎

You're so cute! I've done eyelash extensions a couple times and I have a love/hate relationship with them. I love the look, but I think they're way too ridiculously overpriced for how long they last, even with a groupon, not to mention full price, (about $180 for full set, pshh). You have to lay there for 2-3 hours to apply a full set, then the lashes have to be kept dry for 24 hours, you can't wet them, can't apply mascara, can't rub your eyes, and they only look great for about 2 weeks tops. I found the upkeep of them to be pretty frustrating. So idk, mixed feelings about the lashes. i do like the look though of course.

is there a way to do the Concealer trick on messed up eyeliner when you've already done your eye make up with eyeshadows to not ruin the work you've done already?

kit smith You could probably try doing your eyeliner first before you do your eyeshadow. I'm not sure how it'd work out in the end though, because it may smudge. I'd recommend relining your eyeliner with a black eyeshadow (with a brush dipped in water and patted dry) after you've placed on your eyeshadow to emphasize the eyeliner again. I've never actually tried it, so if you do, let me know how it works out!

When I do makeup on clients and sometimes on myself, I do eyeliner first (don't cake it on, just do it to outline it) make sure it's exactly how I want It, do eyeshadow then go over and darker the eyeliner
