ollierz hi Gaz. All depends on the space you have. We went for the Cadac Safari Chef 2 as it is compact and you get a good bit if kit for the money.

If you put a little water ( only a few drops on your chicken it won't stick with the zip bag

I’ve just bought the same bbq. You have some good recipe ideas. But I’d just like to point out that you must wash your hands after handling raw chicken 🙈🙈🙈🙈and not be touching other things. You’ll get poorly 😷

good idea but please dont touch the paxo container etc with chicken hands . please wash them and you should use a different board for raw meat and veg. hope you washed it before you chopped up stuff on it.
