Just adding this for ppl just looking into this. Don't count EZ-Lip out. It is more flexible and easier to contour around corners. The All- fit is harder to get looking perfect. Since it is sturdier it waves in different directions after making a turn, causing an odd fitting lip. This is just my experience.

I Made these for my Car back in 2009 it started on a small forum. The Eclipse and Civic Hatched forum . We also Build side skirt using the wood that run around your room the bottom pieces. That 3M Tape merged into my car the lips is incredible durable. Still standing after all these years

I had the ez lip on my dart and I hit a curb once and it was fine. You would have to really crush it between the bumper and curb to rip it but if the price is no different then go for it

Bumper is plastic so can be drilled easily . What about the sides ? Is normal tape adhesive strength sufficient to bear and damage ?

No not at all. A muffler delete will only give your car some more noise and drone (potentially). It shouldn't harm anything or damage anything as long as you get it installed / install it correctly.

What Optimal Temp is sufficient for the 3M to adhere? I ask this because i live in Alaska..and the Temps about 40-50 right now..so basically Fall Temps, could i still install this with those conditions?

+Christopher Williams The warmer the better. If its cold when you want to mount it, use a hair dryer or a heat gun to get it up to proper temperature. Try keeping it above 70 when you're installing it

How easy is this to remove? I know 3m tape can be a pain.. Will it remove any paint if you have to remove it for whatever reason?

If you go ahead and just pull it off, it might. However if you use a heat gun, it will soften up the 3m tape and then removing it will be a lot easier.

yep he's definitely right! that ezlip wast strong got the two lip, compare the two and ezlip break easily. all-fit lip was really durable. 5star for the all-fit lip (1star for ezlip)

I Bought the EZ-Lip. Here is the verdict. Its "OKAY" for side skirts and Rear bumper. It is Not great for the Front Bumper. I did all the precautions from heating the adhesive to cleaning extensively with alcohol and drying before applying. After 1 week of driving its already started to peel from wind acceleration when driving. I will definitely go for all Fit next time i replace the front bumper.

I've had my ezlip pro on the front of my car for about 5 months now. Literally scraping my driveway every single day and multiple track events with speeds above 120mph. Mine is still perfectly fine. I'm guessing there was something that compromised the adhesion during install.

Yeah as long as you cut into the red tape and make a 90 degree angle out of the two cuts.

You don't have to. I didn't use the screws on my car and its holding up okay. Its your choice. If you decide to install the screws, it will take a lot more to break / rip it off. It makes it more permanent.

ok so on a modern plastic bumper cover I can see this working. So how about if the lip you plan to install it on is on an old school 80s car with a metal lower valance about half inch surface or less???

Joe joe It should still be able to adhere. The 3M double sided tape does a very good job. As long as you prep the area and remove any waxes, you shouldn't have a problem with the installation.

I run a EZ lip on my Porsche Cayman S. It’s super great. I would buy a nice carbon fiber lip but my car is lowered a lot and I always scrape my lip. If I had a 1k$ lip it would brake alot on me
