Hare krishna and Namaste ma'am. On 24th November, 1675 in Delhi . Guru Teg Bahadur Ji (9th Sikh Guru) matyred and sacrificed his life for Kashmiri Hindus . As at that Islamic regime was converting Hindus forcefully into Islam . So Guruji laid his life for them and not accepted Islam at last . And the condition was given by Islamic regime that if Guruji will convert to Islam so he will be saved but declined this condition and at last he was beheaded by Islamic regime and laid his life for Kashmiri Hindus. According to the Sikh tradition his martyrs day was celebrated yesterday. Guruji is also known as Hind Di Chadar .
