Here's an idea that I'm sure has been thought of but... why not open a small coffee/snack area above the showroom floor. The view from Chuck's office area is pretty cool and between the awesome smell and view of the warehouse floor, a cafe might be a big hit. I know I would partake and love it. Just a thought.

I'm a one man comic book cherry picker with the hopes of making many times over the money I spend on back issues from flea markets I usually pay 30 cents per comic and sometimes a dollar a comic for the most part. I get great access to comics from a warehouse that buys overstock and collections to then put in 5 pack baggies to be sold at department store. I have two inside men who get comics that I want by name title and popularity. I have been doing this for 5 years now but I have not tried to sell any of them on eBay yet but I'm sure that I will make a boat load of money because I buy right to sell right that's the secret I learned. I keep buying and learning all the time. My speciality for comic heroes is Deadpool comics, Harley Quinn, Batman, spiderman and all the other valuable type heros to collect and then sell for large profit. I have many of the key issue comics from the last 40 years of books with many duplicates of the best books.
