Congratulations on your first Bandhavgarh Tiger.. Here's to many many more.. By Bandhavgarh averages you are running a tad behind but I am sure by the end you will catch up . Minimum 2-3 sightings per safari especially at Tala is very much in the realm of possibility.. Best of luck.. And where you said mainey is se sundar view nahin deka kabhi safari main.. We were praying that during sunset we would get a tiger walk across with that Fort in the background.. My jeep didn't but my friends in the other jeep did .. We were late to the spot by exactly 5 minutes. And it remains one of my greatest regrets till date.. 😃

Good sighting, glad you got a sighting of tiger on your first time to bandhavgarh safari. Guide told about barasingha ( swamp deer ) you get to see them in Kanha as its one of the most successful rehabilitation story of Kanha alongside tiger and its worth seeing barasingha in its natural habitat in Kanha. They have been trying to bring barasingha to Bandhavgarh as well but still dont have favourable ecosystem for them in Bandhavgarh.

Honestly, I can't rank them. Every reserve has its own beauty and charm. I can rate my experience during a particular safari but not the tiger reserve in general

Agar aap log thoda jaldi pahoch jaate uss jagah to tigress pura walk karte hue dikhti and chance bhi mil jata aap ko to use your DSLR camera, Gopro se because of wide angle clarity nahi aa saki jaisi DSLR se aati.
