JustinHenryfan I do agree with both of you guys on that it comes off that way... He is arrogant but I never felt it was the type to belittle you or a cockiness. I think he's the type you get to know better to know he just want y'all to feel great and comfortable in the room and over does stuff to get that reaction. I have met people who worked with him and have heard great things about him... mostly that he's the class clown and I have saw him at a festival and he's just that.
