OUTSTANDING advice. I wholeheartedly concur. Too much time is spent learning what one does not need, what does not help, and what has no spiritual longevity. Learn scripture and wisely use the resources that will enhance one's knowledge of the sacred literature.

Such great advice thank you! I started learning Hebrew (using good quality resources with your video lectures amongst them) because I wanted to know for myself what the Bible actually said rather than being spoon fed by translators and preachers. That said not everyone has the inclination to learn a different language but what I can say is that learning the Hebrew and be able to go directly to the source has greatly enhanced my relationship with God, which is our primary objective 😁

could you be more specific? because that says to me let the Biblical primary reign over the secondary modern variations ! and that's Awesome! and sound advice.
