If you watch the entire video of miley smoking, it’s obvious the girl filming leaked it and filmed it with the intention of leaking it to make a buck. She keeps asking Miley questions to get her to say something bad but miley is just having a good time and never does. Miley keeps telling the friend that she’s being weird by asking her weird questions, and she seems genuinely uncomfortable by the end of it. Miley admitted in 2020/2021 that the girl filming leaked it without miley’s knowledge.

Touring would've supported her music a lot more but she has to want the success more than her fans do.

She was trying to change up her sound by making a more popsy/r&b collab with Iyaz in the episode and it showed all of the little kids lamenting about how much they wanted her to stay the way she was. I think this was a very genius way of letting not only the characters, but the audience themselves know that it's okay to change and that everyone including Miley had to eventually grow up and move on.
