I can tell she showed James some new powerful weapons to use from this song. She showed him notes we have ALLL never heard before on this song. I believe Hannah Montana helped metallica grow from this performance! No BS. I'm serious. She Ripped some sections. With perfect pitch for 1, and excellent power at perfect times in New notes we've never heard before. She effectively passed down tools to the mighty Metallica. It goes to show anyone can learn from everyone.

@Kermit Idiothunter Yes agree to disagree. I also don't need to be told by "Professionals" that something sounds good. It's called an opinion and to me and many others is just don't sound good. It's slightly off putting and scratchy. Some people might like that, and that's fine. To each their own. But to me, something about it is just irritating and gets under my skin and I can't listen to it. Maybe its the tone or frequency, who's to say. God Bless and Godspeed.

I never thought I would live to see her branch out , mature, get sober, and sing anything other than the pop stuff she's known for. Personal preference but it's not my thing. But I stumbled upon this and thought ok let's take a listen. OMG she knocked this out of the park! Her range is absolutely beautiful. As someone else said she commits to whatever she's singing with conviction. Brought tears to my eyes that she took her experience and poured it into this song which I've always loved. IDK I'm just so proud of her growth as an artist and exploring what she can truly do with that gift she's been blessed with. There's a big void of women who sing rock. It's there for her. Undisputably. Without question. Keep on pushing that envelope Miley. So proud of her. You've made an old rocker very happy.
