investigating officers should be a billet only for officers with a law background and a passed state bar exam I had a interview with an investigating officer and he barely knew what to ask and was borderline almost illegal in my opinion

So, how often does the board decide not to discharge? Your point about it being a scary process, it is and even the ADC don’t do a good job explaining it. Ft Meade Area Defense Counsel is outright pathetic
