The 'Militaire Luchtvaart Museum' is the official museum of the Dutch Royal Air Force. It is located in Soesterberg.
It shows the history of the Dutch Royal Air Force, the Naval Aviation and the Dutch-Indies Air Force.
The 'Snijdershal' (1:25) takes you back in time. Photographs, film, uniforms and of course the aircrafts illustrate key periods in the evolution of military aviation from 1913 to 1950.
The 'Vreeburghal' (3:53) shows the fighters, helicopters and training aircrafts from the Royal Air Force and the Naval Aviation from 1950 to present, such as the F-16.
In the Flying Center (6:38) is much to discover about the phenomenon of flying. Including a glider flight simulator (7:31) and F-16 flight simulator (8:52).
