This is so helpful! We are moving onto Nellis in April on the same side of base. I was worried about the size of the houses considering ours is 960 sq ft, but this pretty much washed all my worries away. ❤️

Are you still at Nellis? If so, i have a question. I lived on base housing as a dependent k-4 on Spring st. and 8 an 9th on Strunk parkway. I will be back in Vegas soon and would like to see the changes. Would love to be on your channel and share some memories. Your channel is great!

Hello! No the house does not come furnished. Also, I haven’t heard of any options that include laundry appliances.

When you said you don’t store your car in the garage because you have two car spots out front, does that mean that the actual driveway of the house fits two cars? Or is it just parking on the street in-front of the house? I’m moving to Nellis with my husband in July! 🥰

Hi! Just wondering but I have heard horror stories as far as base housing and people being robbed and other violent crimes. My husband and I are worried about being on base housing or living in the neighborhood NEAR on base housing. Have you had any experiences?
